Today, you can walk or cycle along the wall and take in panoramic views of both the modern city and the old town. Exploring the Wall  
The ancient Xi'an City Wall is one of the best-preserved examples of ancient military architecture in China. The wall was constructed using rammed earth and brick, and it features large, imposing gates, towers, and a moat that once served as a defensive barrier. You can explore the wall by foot or by bike, and many choose to rent a bike to cycle along the top, enjoying panoramic views of both the modern and ancient parts of the city. The wall offers a unique vantage point for viewing Xi'an’s historical sites, including the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, and Muslim Quarter.  

At sunset, the wall is particularly enchanting, as it is beautifully lit up, offering you a chance to experience the city's blend of ancient and modern in a completely different light.
